Last year, I did this and none of my predictions came through. I predicted that Vince would retire, we’d get the Undisputed Era vs The Shield and that Velveteen Dream would become WWE champion. Personally, I believe if Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley stayed we would’ve had that dream match at Survivor Series. Nevertheless, let’s move onto this year’s predictions
3. AEW or NXT will have a show that has better ratings than Smackdown
Well, this is outlandish and probably impossible but that’s what we’re here for. Smackdown is a consistently average show every week, apart from Daniel Bryan vs The Fiend I’m not really intrigued in any of the feuds going into the start of the year. Braun Strowman is a joke right now, I’m not a fan of face Lacey Evans, she’s not bad, but she isn’t as good as when and was a heel. The Otis and Mandy relationship is slightly funny, but it’s not that entertaining. Meanwhile, both NxT and AEW are on the rise. However, both of them being shown at the same time doesn’t help them as views will fluctuate between both companies. However, I see a massive increase in viewership for both brands this year as people start to find alternatives to WWE’s main roster shows. Realistically, this is something that will happen in either towards the end of 2021 or 2022 if things stay the same but it’ll be a nice surprise if this transpires.
2. Matt Riddle defeats Brock Lesnar
Visualise it. Soak it in. Embrace it. Imagine Matt Riddle submitting Lesnar with the Bromission, or pinning him after a Bro Gerrick. Riddle has staked his claim at retiring Lesnar for a long time now, I don’t think he’ll do that but a match between the two must not be too far away. I would love to see them go at it this year, but this all depends on where Riddle is moved to after his time in NXT.
1. Roman goes Titleless again
2019 wasn’t a good year for The Big Dog in terms of winning championships. Reigns didn’t win a single title last year and I think the same will happen this year. WWE has ample amounts of talent that need championship reigns to cement a legacy in the company. Roman doesn’t need that and he’s also got fans cheering for him again with his feud with Baron Corbin so they don’t need a championship on him this year. I guess this isn’t that crazy of a prediction but we all know Vince’s love for Roman and I won’t be surprised if he main events Wrestlemania after a year break from his yearly task. Reigns vs The Fiend. I see it already. Maybe this one is somewhat crazy.
Thanks for reading, and have a good day!

I think Lesnar vs Riddle isn’t too far off to be honest. Survivor Series matchup isn’t too far a stretch.
