Scrap My Last Post

So in my last post, I talked about how if we should cheer Roman Reigns or not. I said that we should. After watching Raw on Monday I’ve come to the conclusion that we shouldn’t cheer him. The reason I wrote that blog early on in the month was because I thought Reigns’ major push would’ve calmed down a bit but, boy was I wrong.

The fact that Bobby Lashley beat Reigns at Extreme Rules means he should’ve faced Brock Lesnar at Summerslam but WWE trolled us again with Reigns vs Lesnar again. If it’s true Vince McMahon only runs Raw it’s obvious to tell why. The quality of Raw vs The quality of Smackdown is a joke.  Smackdown has good quality with feuds such as Somoa Joe vs Aj Styles and Rusev vs Andrade “Cien” Almas .If NJPW was producing the same quality of wrestling as Raw it’ll get run into the ground. However, the fact that WWE is a well known brand it’s unlikely for it to die out.

What I expect to happen at Summerslam is that Roman finally defeats Brock, then Braun Strowman or Kevin Owens cashes in the Money in the Bank briefcase to ruin the moment like what happened in 2015 with Sheamus. If Lesnar wins, WWE are just going to lose more of an audience because people would be sick and tired of Lesnar diminishing the prestige of the Universal Championship. If Reigns wins and there’s no cash in from Braun or Kevin, then the fans will get triggered and they will boo Reigns. Either way WWE have backed themselves into a corner and the only way out is the Money in the Bank cash in so I expect to see a cash in from from Strowman or Owens.

I guess we will  have to wait and see…
