WWE has made some major mistakes over its existence and I’m going to list them.
We start off with Roman Reigns. It’s the most obvious one so let’s get it out of the way. Roman Reigns has been the WWE’s project over the last four years. He’s main evented the last four Mania’s and has been pushed to the top of the card for most shows. Reigns is a decent wrestler however his unnatural push pushed the fans away from liking him.
Ever since Reigns won the Royal Rumble in 2015 he’s been seriously booed in most shows he’s gone to. If Roman was pushed correctly he could’ve been a major star today is what many other wrestling fans say. However, I disagree. Why? Because Reigns’ move set is trash. When he was a member of The Shield his flaws were hidden because of Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins doing most of the dirty work in The Shield. After the split of The Shield in mid-2014 Reigns has been exposed to have a limited move set. Against Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 31 and 34, the only moves Reigns used were the superman punch and the spear and a couple of right hands. How am I supposed to care about this guy if he can’t do any new moves?
Secondly, he can’t cut good promos. Look at the top WWE legends: The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, John Cena, Triple H. What do they have in common? They can all do a good job with the mic. It’s either Reigns needs a mouthpiece, Paul Ellering, or acting classes because he’s made some serious promo errors in his short career. “Sufferin Succotash” was a huge one. When Reigns was feuding with John Cena, towards the end of last year, he got buried by Cena in a promo altercation. Reigns forgot his lines and couldn’t improvise, that was embarrassing. Surely, if you forgot your lines you’d make something up on the spot quickly.
I hope in future Reigns does get over with the fans but WWE isn’t helping with the situation by shoving the guy down our throats constantly. It’s a real shame that people like Aj Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura matches get pushed down the card and given less time than it should’ve got because of a guy who no-one cares about and likes to main event the biggest show of the year on a constant basis.
WWE the Reigns project hasn’t worked and if you keep doing what you’re doing it won’t work because that’s insanity if you keep doing something that isn’t working and you’re expecting a change. If I was Vince I’d stop with the Reigns babyface push and turn him heel. This way people will actually invest in Reigns’ character and it will spice things up in WWE.

Agree with most of it but disagree in that he is way past saving. At this point nobody will care even if he turns heel.
It’s a shame because he seems like a good guy. At this point leaving and coming back in a few years might be the only hope.
